Hi Hone,
I’ve just installed the latest Wordpres 2.1 and am having hyperlink problems. I use a Mac. In Safari the richext edit bar doesn’t appear at all. In Firefox it appears with several boxes greyed out, including the key hyperlink ‘chain-link’ icon you highlight above. I can’t, therefore do hyperlinks and it’s driving me mad. Have you come across this before?
Do you hae any suggestions?

Hi Paul, The link button works fine in firefox. You must first highlight the text before you can create a link.
Haven’t had any other problems in firefox.
